Terms of Service

GoSetter is operated by Mighty Results LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Delaware, United States, with a registered address at 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901. In these Terms, "GoSetter," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Mighty Results LLC.

We provide the GoSetter service through our marketing website at gosetter.ai and our application at app.gosetter.ai. By creating an account, accessing, or using GoSetter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GoSetter is a business-to-business (B2B) product intended for companies, agencies, and professionals. It is not directed to consumers or to anyone under 18 years of age.

This means that when you purchase a GoSetter subscription, your contract for the purchase is with Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, invoicing, and applicable sales taxes or VAT at checkout. GoSetter is a B2B SaaS AI appointment setter that operates inside GoHighLevel (GHL). Once connected, GoSetter can:

• Reply to WhatsApp and Instagram leads in seconds, around the clock.
• Qualify leads and answer questions from a knowledge base that you provide for each client.
• Handle common objections and book calls on the client's calendar in the lead's time zone.
• Tag contacts, move leads through stages, and hand tricky conversations off to a human.
• Optionally send voice replies using voice synthesis when that feature is enabled.

GoSetter is a tool that assists your team. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, and it does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by the sub-accounts and team members you add.

By using GoSetter, you represent that you are using it for business purposes, that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization, and that your use complies with all laws that apply to you.

GoSetter is sold as a recurring subscription. Plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis and automatically renew at the then-current plan price each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Paddle calculates and collects any applicable taxes.

Some plans include a free trial. If your plan includes a trial, you will not be charged during the trial period, you will be reminded before the first charge, and you may cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed. When the trial ends, the subscription converts to paid at the plan price unless you have cancelled.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access until that period ends, and you are not charged again afterward. For details on refunds and how to cancel, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You and your clients control the leads and contacts that flow through GoSetter, and you are responsible for that data and for how GoSetter is used on your behalf. In particular, you agree that:

• You have a lawful basis and any required consent to message the leads and contacts you process through GoSetter.
• You will comply with the policies of WhatsApp, Instagram (Meta), and GoHighLevel, and with all applicable messaging and privacy laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar regulations.
• You will not use GoSetter to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
• You will not use GoSetter to generate content that infringes others' rights or that violates the acceptable-use policies of our AI providers.
• Subaccount resellers must not offer GoSetter-powered services at a rate below €97 per subaccount per month without written approval from Mighty Results LLC.

We may suspend or limit accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or that create legal or security risk.

GoSetter uses artificial intelligence to generate text replies, and optional voice replies when enabled. Replies are grounded in the knowledge base you provide for each client, but AI output can still be inaccurate or incomplete and may contain errors.

You are responsible for reviewing AI output, for configuring the guardrails and human-handoff settings available in the dashboard, and for the on/off operator controls that determine when the AI is active. You should not rely on GoSetter for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and you are responsible for any decisions made based on its output.

GoSetter, including the software, dashboard, design, and documentation, is owned by Mighty Results LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription, subject to these Terms and your plan.

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide, including your knowledge bases and your clients' lead data. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content in order to operate the service. White-label and resale rights, where included in your plan, are described on the Pricing page and may carry additional conditions.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mighty Results LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using GoSetter and cancel your subscription at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates legal or security risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we may delete account data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of GoSetter after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
