We want you to be confident in GoSetter. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial subscription purchase. If GoSetter is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will arrange a refund of the subscription fee for that period.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle, as our Merchant of Record, grants buyers cancellation and refund rights, and nothing here is intended to be more restrictive than those rights.
Email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and a brief note about your request. Because Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, once a refund is approved, Paddle processes it back to your original payment method, typically within 14 days.
Eligible: subscription fees for the initial purchase, when requested within the 30-day window described above.
Founding member pricing: founding member pricing is non-refundable after 14 days. Standard plans are eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of the billing date.
Not refundable by us: AI usage that runs on your own Anthropic or OpenAI API keys. When you bring your own keys, that usage is billed directly by those providers on their own accounts. It sits outside GoSetter's billing, so we cannot refund it. See the Pricing page for how bring-your-own-key billing works.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, by using the cancellation link Paddle includes in your subscription emails, or by contacting [email protected].
GoSetter subscriptions renew automatically. You are charged the plan amount at the start of each billing period until you cancel. If your plan includes a free trial, we remind you before the first charge, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed. See our Terms of Service for full billing terms.
