How Mighty Results LLC handles account data and the lead data that flows through GoSetter.
Last updated: June 14, 2026
GoSetter is operated by Mighty Results LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a registered address at 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, United States. This Privacy Policy explains what data we process, why, and the choices you have.

GoSetter serves businesses (we call them "operators," for example agencies, coaches, and service businesses). Our role depends on the data:
In other words, when GoSetter handles a lead's conversation, we are following the operator's instructions, not deciding on our own how that lead's data is used.
We process two main categories of data:
We use the data above to:
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use end-leads' conversation content to train our own models.
We rely on the following providers to run GoSetter. Each processes data only as needed for its purpose:
To generate replies, relevant conversation content is sent to AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI). When an operator supplies their own API keys, that usage runs on the operator's own provider accounts under those providers' terms. When voice replies are enabled, text is sent to ElevenLabs for voice synthesis.
Replies are grounded in the operator's own knowledge base, and operators control guardrails, human handoff, and on/off settings. At a high level, our AI providers process the content we send only to return a result and under their own data-handling commitments; we encourage operators to review those providers' policies.
Media such as voice notes and images is automatically deleted after the configured retention window. Operators control their own data and can request export or deletion. Data is hosted in the United States.
We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security (RLS) to keep each operator's data isolated.
[review with counsel: confirm retention periods and any data-processing addendum (DPA) language]
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
Because operators are the controllers of their leads' data, end-leads should contact the operator they interacted with first. Operators and other users can reach us at [email protected] to exercise their rights, and we will respond in line with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For questions, contact [email protected]. See also our Terms of Service.
